Muster Address by Dr. Susan G. Ballabina
Chief of Staff, Texas A&M Office of the President
This year’s Muster address will be presented by Dr. Susan G. Ballabina. Her dynamic speaking skills and outstanding commitment to Texas A&M will become evident to everyone attending this year’s Muster.
After starting her career in 1994 as a county agent with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, Ballabina progressively advanced to Regional Program Director, Associate Director for Program Development, Executive Associate Director, and ultimately Deputy Vice Chancellor & CEO for Texas A&M AgriLife.
In 2021 she was appointed to the role of Vice President for Academic and Strategic Partnerships at Texas A&M University, transitioning from the College of Agriculture to the Office of the President. She was appointed to her current position as Chief of Staff for A&M President Dr. Mark A. Welsh III in 2023.
Ballabina received the Superior Service Award from AgriLife Extension four times, and was named a Regents Fellow by The Texas A&M University System in 2014. We are honored to welcome her to Washington County!
